Mentorship Program (2024/25)
UNIVERSITY AND COLLEGE STUDENTS
Our mentorship strategy for students who are already in colleges and universities is geared towards guiding them to networking opportunities, professional development, career development workshops, internship, and sharing lived experiences on an individual mentorship approach.
SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS
The secondary school mentorship program runs two separate virtual classes (Classroom A and Classroom B), hosted by two adult mentors (partners) and one buddy as described in the table below. Hosts are responsible for preparing lectures and learning materials for their classes. Hosts invite guest speakers from our group or outside, including international speakers. The lectures are expected to be designed to educate and engage the students in a structured and informative manner. Monthly lecture series on different topics are organized for each class. In addition, students are encouraged to reach out to their mentors or buddies for individual mentorship or consultation.

Social Events
Mentees and Mentors’ social events complement the structured mentorship relationship by enhancing social connections, learning opportunities, and overall engagement in the mentorship program. We aim to organize one or two in-person social events in a year.
